WELCOME
Hey there. My name is Michael, aka Mickachu87, and I’d like to welcome you to Castaway Games. This is my website where I’ll be sharing my journey into content creation and exclusive behind-the-scenes content about my creative process. While my primary focus is on Minecraft Java content, as it’s the game I play the most, I’m also an avid Xbox gamer and plan to stream games from that platform in the future. Additionally, since I enjoy journaling and blogging, I’ll be providing regular updates on my creative process, ideas, and designs, as well as written blogs and having a bit of fun by building some ‘Lore‘ behind my Minecraft worlds.
What am I hoping to achieve from this site?
To begin with, I’ve had a creative itch that I’ve needed to scratch for a while now. Launching my own website allows me to create new things and gain a tonne of transferable skills in the process.
My ultimate goal is to have a beautiful website with dedicated sections for both my writing and various creative endeavours. This site will also serve as a central hub to share links to my video content.
Additionally, I aim to engage with like-minded creative individuals. I’m really excited to share and collaborate with amazing people who have equally amazing ideas.
